I reserved the day before a holiday and planned to move in after the holiday. Great in theory for an online process but nope, there was a lock on the unit I was assigned, I couldn't get into the gate as my code wouldn't work so I waited until someone left to get in. Called the next day and got Sean who was helpful.

Greeting me as soon as I walked into the office, explained everything regarding the rental agreement…the do’s and dont’s…escorted me to the unit, etc. Would highly recommend this storage company. On a positive note to the indoor storage, you can drive you vehicle into the building to unload…I was not expecting that.
